Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and technical sales professional to join our Graduate Training Program. As a Technical Sales Training Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling our climate solutions products to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. You'll work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our customers.
  • Work with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • A competitive base salary of $73,000.
  • Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation assistance during the 5-month training program.

Requirements
