Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact projects from ideation to launch, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create more delightful user experiences for businesses when they set up, monitor, and operate their online stores with Airwallex online payments.
  • Develop robust clearing and settlement mechanisms that ensure businesses have full visibility over their expected cash flow and protect Airwallex from financial risks.
  • Improve Airwallex's reporting capabilities to streamline reconciliation processes for businesses and allow them to fully optimize their online payments operations.
Requirements
  • 8 to 15 years of overall professional experience.
  • 4+ years of formal people management experience.
  • Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning, and development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline is preferred.
  • Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in working with credit/lending institutions, working on underwriting engines is strongly preferred.
  • Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights.
  • Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology is a plus.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams.
  • Working experiences with enterprise customers is preferred.
