Job Description:

Fidelity is seeking a skilled Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized investment solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

The Purpose of Your Role:

As a Financial Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored investment advice. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their investments, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Expertise We're Looking For:
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
