This role is pivotal in leading a team of account managers across different regions, collaborating with design, social media, and video production teams to enhance product listings, and evaluating competition, market trends, and customer behavior to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and optimize the company's presence on Amazon.
  • Lead a team of Amazon account managers, setting clear goals and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product listings.
  • Evaluate competition, market trends, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and leverage new features for maximum impact.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in Amazon sales and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
