A leading electronics company known for its innovative SSDs and computer accessories is looking for a Head of Amazon Sales to join their team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our Amazon presence and leading a team of account managers across different regions. We sell globally through platforms like Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, and eBay, and also cater to wholesale markets.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive sales growth and optimize the company's presence on Amazon.
  • Lead a team of Amazon account managers, setting clear goals and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with design, social media, and video production teams to enhance product listings.
  • Evaluate competition, market trends, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and leverage new features for maximum impact.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in Amazon sales and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology is a huge plus.
