Executive Assistant to the VP of Community Engagement

Internet2 is a non-profit organization that provides advanced research and higher education technology services. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of Community Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the VP and other senior leaders.
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Provide research support and background information for meetings and interactions with external parties.
- Perform office management duties, including facilities maintenance, supply inventory, and technical support.
- Plan and conduct meetings, both in-person and virtually.
- Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage and track critical and confidential matters.
- Bachelor's degree and/or advanced professional administrative experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive-level teams.
- 3 years of complex international and multi-time zone calendar management.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and self-directed with ability to multitask and respond to unexpected demands.
- Proven experience in problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated track record in working within a complex and dynamic organization.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite, databases, calendaring, and email software.
- Ability to communicate to a broad and diverse community with diplomacy and customer service orientation.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
- Understanding of the higher education community, not-for-profit, member-driven, or federal agency environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
