Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Preconstruction Project Manager to join our Mechanical Preconstruction team located in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all mechanical preconstruction activities to produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direction and coordination of all mechanical preconstruction activities
  • Production of quality work within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Assistance to the Mechanical Department Leader as required with other scopes of work
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Combined total of 10+ years in the mechanical industry with 5 or more years work experience as a mechanical Project Manager / Preconstruction
  • Experience creating conceptual estimates and managing design for mechanical and plumbing systems highly desirable
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS) preferred
