Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Keyholder to join our team at our Fort Collins location. As a Pendleton Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales and profitability through product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Maintain store visual objectives and housekeeping expectations to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor store email and respond to business-critical directives in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to promote positive selling and customer service behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform shift opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is prepared and secured.
  • Develop and execute daily plans to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, and ensure team members are aware of and adhere to them.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate store issues promptly and identify solutions to improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and sales-driven with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in computer and POS systems, as well as software skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Solution-oriented and able to partner with management to find solutions for improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, including at least 1 year of shift supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
System Requirements
  • Microsoft Office email.
  • Retail inventory software.
  • Understanding of the POS system and other software used by the stores.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
  • Flexible schedule with nights, holidays, and weekend shifts per scheduling guidelines.
  • Physical dexterity and stamina to reach and lift to complete visual presentations and/or store set up.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Reaching arms over head, ladder use, computer operation, continuous standing and walking, hand coordination, telephone use, speaking, reading, writing.
