We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Associate to join our dynamic team at BODY20 Fort Collins. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships with our members, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently follow our sales and communication process to engage with prospective new members
  • Maintain monthly sales and activity quotas to meet business objectives
  • Develop and execute social media outreach strategies to promote our brand and services
  • Participate in community events to raise awareness about our unique training program
  • Collaborate with our studio manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide coaching and support to prospective new members to help them achieve their fitness goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of commission-based sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills to meet sales and activity targets
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 12-8pm shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays
