Job Description

As a Wind Energy Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom and hands-on lab training sessions using innovative teaching methods.

Your expertise will focus on creating a solid foundation in areas like Working-at-Heights, Electrical Safety, Basic Mechanical Skills, and more.

You will also design and utilize state-of-the-art training aids, simulators, and mock-ups to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

A key aspect of this role is supervising assigned employees, supporting certification initiatives, and maintaining a professional training environment.

You will collaborate with fellow instructors to ensure compliance with GWO qualifications and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Readiness to relocate to Portland, Oregon
  • Experience in specialized training topics
  • Technical/University Education degree or 2+ years of wind industry experience
  • GWO and/or Wind Energy Instructor credentials
