Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems; experience with relevant software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in a call center environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with medical supply or durable medical equipment.
- Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance with privacy standards.
