Assembly Specialist

As an Assembly Specialist at PeopleShare, you will be responsible for assembling exit signs, lighting fixtures, and sub-components in a supportive team-based environment. Your primary duties will include:

• Benchtop assembly of exit signs, lighting fixtures, and sub-components.
• Using basic hand tools and light power tools (battery screwdriver, small drill press).
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow assembly processes and work instructions.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient production.

Preferred Skills/Requirements:

• Assembly experience preferred, but we will train motivated individuals.
• Basic electrical experience is a plus.
• Experience with pick/pack processes is beneficial.
