About the Role

RFK Racing is seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our award-winning marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day communications, public relations, and social media marketing efforts on behalf of RFK Racing for team partners and drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing best-in-class marketing communications platforms to generate maximum value and visibility for RFK partners
  • Working closely with the account management team to create and execute social and digital platforms and other activation programs that focus on partner and team objectives
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with media, NASCAR stakeholders, and race team representatives
  • Creating and distributing weekly team race advance to be sent to media distribution lists
  • Assisting in securing guests and storylines on weekly SiriusXM programming
  • Coordinating and executing social media platforms designed to increase social engagement, social followers, brand awareness, and visibility for team and partners initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable attitude with ability to manage multiple relationships with team members, partner representatives, league staff, and other industry personnel
  • Strong time management, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • High energy with ability to work long/flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
