Job Summary
The Senior Marketing and Communications Executive plays a key leadership role in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the organization's brand awareness, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders. This position oversees all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, and communications. The Senior Marketing and Communications Executive collaborates closely with key positions within the Marketing Department and the Leadership Team to drive cohesive messaging and alignment with key audiences, including our franchise business owners and their employees, as well as our clients. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record in marketing and communications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Brand ManagementOversee the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels, and aligning with our core values and mission.
Marketing CampaignsLead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, retention, and support revenue generation in alignment with company strategies, leveraging digital channels and data analytics.
Content CreationManage the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Internal CommunicationsDevelop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our organizational values and objectives, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
Digital MarketingOversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns, driving engagement and conversions.
Team LeadershipProvide leadership and guidance to the marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment that aligns with our core values and mission.
Budget ManagementDevelop and manage marketing and communications budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives and maximize ROI, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze marketing and communication performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement, driving data-driven decision making.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, and is a full-time, exempt paid position. This job requires a dynamic and strategic leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, media relations, or a related field.
