Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our Physician Blood Draw Department at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for obtaining blood specimens, processing laboratory specimens for clinical analysis, and providing patient information to healthcare providers.   • Collect blood specimens from patients using standard/butterfly methods
  • Label and process laboratory/microbiology specimens according to laboratory policy
  • Register patients accurately and efficiently

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of phlebotomy program
  • National Phlebotomy Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a blood draw station, ambulatory care, or acute care setting
  • Knowledge of information systems and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
