About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees and directs the operations management of multiple employer worksites across all lines of health and fitness related services within a geographic area. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and provide expertise in managing and mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities, maintaining strategic focus on client satisfaction and value-added strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify processes to improve overall performance of health centers and define innovative measurements of performance standards to integrate corporate strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service, and product offerings to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategically identify and solve complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal (corporate and regional) support.
  • Communication: Own client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals, and coordinate and productively facilitate communication across virtual sites.
  • Leadership: Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level, build talent to proactively manage additional lines of service, and participate in sales process.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point for clients and consult with Medical, Legal, or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices act, practice law, certification requirements, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years' experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others, with experience working as a licensed healthcare professional preferred.
  • Skills: Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills required, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Process Management: Demonstrated process or efficiency management.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership skills, adaptability, and ability to manage change.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Medicare, and/or clinical standards of practice preferred.
