Radiologic Imaging Specialist

As a Radiologic Technologist in the Neurosurgery department at Maine Medical Center, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. Under the direction of the Radiologist, you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures using diagnostic imaging equipment to aid in patient diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.
- Provide exceptional patient care and communication to ensure a positive experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Technology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification eligible.
- Valid applicable state(s) license in Radiologic Technology.
- Current BLS certification.
- Six months of relevant experience in radiologic technology.
