Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to Commercial Operations to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Corporate-Executive Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the President & Co-Founder, driving commercial planning and execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Operations
    • Drive commercial planning and execution, working closely with leaders to set business goals and objectives
    • Manage key commercial meetings, prepare agendas and pre-reads, and implement action items
    • Support execution against the 2024 strategic plan, focusing on commercial objectives and initiatives
    • Participate in external meetings to identify new strategic opportunities and drive commercial business goals
    • Support the President with outreach for key partners, advisors, and new strategic opportunities
  • Cadence, Planning, and Reporting
    • Partner with the Director of Business Operations to maintain a consistent business rhythm across the organization
    • Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of company-wide business updates and meetings
    • Help drive short- and long-term strategic initiatives through proactive cross-functional outreach
    • Draft proposals and communications for the senior leadership team and other stakeholders
  • Internal Communications and Engagement
    • Partner with the People Team to prepare employee engagement and learning & development initiatives
    • Act as a thought partner to the leadership team to support business performance management
    • Own and drive annual leadership offsite and create internal communications content that celebrates milestones and promotes brand values
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a focus on Business or Project Management; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in project and/or business management supporting executive teams, preferably in CPG and/or omnichannel businesses
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on overcommunication
  • Strong presentation skills, with expertise in PowerPoint preparation and basic design skills
  • Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strategic thinking approach
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to think strategically and operationalize initiatives
  • Professional maturity, with the ability to work with exceptional judgment and discretion
  • Proven success in partnering, collaborating, and influencing across groups and levels of the organization
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $160,000, a discretionary performance-based annual cash bonus, and participation in our company's equity program. Additionally, you will be eligible for our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
