Job Summary

Meadows Bank is seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, customers, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Assist the Branch Operations Manager with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of heavy phone experience and knowledge of phone systems.
