Front Desk Coordinator

Meadows Bank is seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Assist the Branch Operations Manager with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of heavy phone experience and knowledge of phone systems.
