Job Title: Front Desk Representative

At Wynn Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Monitor the front desk phone center and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reconcile in-house reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Process cash transactions and handle guest payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
  • Adhere to Wynn Resorts' standards and policies, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position.
