Position Overview: The Senior Sales Executive for Government Sector will engage with C-suite and executive-level personnel within federal agencies and qualified organizations to promote our products and services, while actively pursuing new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.

This role is pivotal in achieving and surpassing sales targets by acquiring strategically important accounts.

The primary responsibility of this position is to spearhead all customer engagement efforts with key decision-makers, fostering new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships within the Federal Government account portfolio.

By collaborating with various teams, the Senior Sales Executive will effectively manage a portfolio of active accounts, identifying customer needs and employing solution-oriented selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile's offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and oversee the complete sales cycle and detailed account strategy, working collaboratively across functions, with experience in negotiating contract terms and liaising with legal teams.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence within Federal Government Accounts.

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with senior executives, key decision-makers, influencers, and technical experts within assigned accounts.

- Successfully position innovative solutions and concepts to expand business in dynamic customer environments, ensuring accurate funnel forecasting and revenue growth.

- Fully leverage all sales force automation tools, funnel management, and prospecting resources.

- Manage the sales funnel and provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.

- Ensure all internal departments fulfill their responsibilities to onboard new customers effectively.

- Conduct thorough research on business information related to prospects.


Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required) and Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).

- 4-7 years of Business Sales Experience, with a proven track record of sales success within the Federal Government (Preferred).

- 4-7 years of prior experience in the wireless industry (Preferred).

Skills and Abilities:

- Business Planning: Demonstrated contribution to account planning and execution (Preferred).

- Account Management: Ability to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.

- Product Knowledge: Serve as the primary contact for all products and services, generating demand by elevating their profile with customers.

- Sales Growth: Lead daily customer engagement efforts to create new sales opportunities and foster relationship growth within the account portfolio.

- Communication: Adapt communication style to suit the audience, maintaining professionalism across all organizational levels, whether in-person or virtually.

- Negotiation: Confidently manage sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Preferred).

- Executive-Level Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, both in-person and virtually, with confidence (Preferred).

- Contractual Agreements: Collaborate with Legal to draft contract terms (Preferred).

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and creative use of tools for professional communication (Preferred).

Compensation:
- Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives.

- Base Pay Range: $103,320 - $186,410, with actual pay based on various factors including location, qualifications, and experience.
