We are excited to announce an opening for a Front Office Medical Coordinator to become part of our expanding team of dedicated professionals who prioritize EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, manage medical records, and handle pre-certifications and scheduling.
- Ensure precise and thorough collection of patient demographic and insurance details.
- Obtain and organize necessary documentation efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry for patient information and insurance records.
- Work hours typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Exhibit basic computer proficiency and effectively utilize computer systems.
- Adhere to coding and billing regulations.
- Employment Type: Full-time
