- Diligently follow up to address any requests or client concerns; engage in discussions with clients and internal departments to comprehend the situation and identify resolutions.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks with exceptional organizational skills.
- Assist the team with complex account transactions, tax or legal matters, or death claims.

- Execute operational projects to facilitate enhancements and changes.
- Thrive under pressure and adeptly prioritize deadlines.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities with ease.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse personality types and expectations.

- Demonstrate knowledge and accurately execute WEG's Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model.
- Comprehend financial and legal terminology and products.
- Maintain working proficiency with advisory managed accounts, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, charitable giving practices, trusts, etc.
- Attend Client Services and company educational events and may participate in client meetings and vendor presentations.

5. **Compliance & Suitability (Transition Support)**
- Provide compliance review and suitability oversight and training to client service personnel and advisors to ensure accurate paperwork and minimize NIGO's.
- Collaborate with Corporate Compliance to understand processes and procedures, provide in-office training, and resolve issues.

Education/Qualifications:
