The Lead Environmental Services Aide provides day-to-day guidance and support to environmental aides and/or deep cleaning crew to ensure cleanliness in all areas while performing duties that involve the care and cleaning of the sites, buildings, and grounds, and minor maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities- Train environmental aides and/or deep cleaning crew in the proper use of equipment, materials, and accepted custodial techniques to optimize performance efficiency.
- Ensure cleanness in all areas, including sites, buildings, and grounds.
- Perform minor maintenance work as needed.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum of 1 year of custodial experience required or an equivalent combination of training and experiences which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
$32.55 hourly.
