Business Development Manager

At Modernize Home Services, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in our 360 Finance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels, including internal referrals and partnerships.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive understanding of 360 Finance products and attributes, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Operations, to ensure customer success and drive business growth.
- Design and implement sales processes, pitches, and approaches to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
- Provide business intelligence-driven guidance to customers to support their growth and development.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience, with a focus on financing and home improvement.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets, with a strong understanding of metrics and their impact on business profitability.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and contact center platforms is a plus.
What We Offer:
