Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Rental Coordinator to join our team at Kelly Tractor CAT. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English and Spanish, and have a strong understanding of the construction industry and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Rental Coordinator in processing rental transactions, invoicing, and inventory control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and be willing to learn the AX operating system.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Work effectively with the yard coordinator and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Be a team player and be willing to assist with other responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain a good attendance habit and be punctual and ready to work.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company safety manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with a valid FL driver's license and a clean record.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and associated equipment.
