Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a representative in the field, diagnosing, servicing, and assessing equipment for necessary repairs.
- Retrieving equipment and supplies, ensuring timely loading and delivery to client locations.
- Resolving technical challenges and offering hands-on assistance.
- Advising on product or service enhancements based on client requirements.
- Educating clients on product functionalities and safety protocols.
- Upholding a professional demeanor at all times.
- Complying with established guidelines and procedures.
- Collecting, sanitizing, and testing rental equipment for functionality.
- Accurately completing delivery and collection documentation.
- Encouraging collaboration among colleagues by supporting fellow technicians as necessary.
- Participating in on-call rotating schedules as predetermined.
- Executing warehouse or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license in good standing with no infractions.
- Proficiency in computer and smartphone usage.
- A responsible and collaborative approach, with an understanding of patient sensitivities.
- Mechanical and technical repair expertise, particularly for mobility devices.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting.
- Capacity to lift and transport items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to operate a delivery vehicle for portions of the day.
- Capability to climb ladders and manage inventory within a warehouse setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
We provide competitive compensation and flexible hours for the Service Technician position.
Hourly Pay Range: $16.50-$20/hour, commensurate with experience.
Both part-time and full-time roles are available. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, occasionally extending to 7 pm, with Saturday hours from 10 am - 3 pm.
Benefits for full-time employees include Health Insurance, 401k Matching, gym membership reimbursement, and up to $3,000 in Educational reimbursement.
