This role is critical in ensuring efficient communication, documentation, and coordination between departments, helping to maintain product integrity and workflow.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elaborate and maintain technical specifications and bills of material for finished products.
  • Create and update technical standards and material bills for finished products.
  • Coordinate with the Group Operating Process Office to coordinate activities related to new product creation and provide Marketing & Sales Area elements on production costs.
  • Create and update technical documentation for raw and auxiliary materials to meet client requirements and enter daily production and consumption of raw material.
  • Monitor, develop, and modify the layout, decorations, and technical characteristics of finished products and their wraps.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Collaborate with Production and Operation Management to ensure improvement of products, materials, and products palletizing systems.
  • Provide ongoing communication and technical support with Contract Converting customers.
  • Ensure efficient reference reporting.
  • Create production batches, check quantities produced, and raw materials utilized.
  • Monitor economic dimensions and quantitative data such as budget and production costs.
  • Perform or assist with any operations required to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
