Job Opportunity: Seasonal Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting SimpliSafe's innovative home security solutions to customers at a local Best Buy store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through dedicated sales strategies to promote SimpliSafe brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer interactions through effective security product presentations and expert-level recommendations.
  • Establish strong partnerships with store leaders and associates to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for retail store associates to enhance their product knowledge.
  • Ensure that merchandising and functionality of SimpliSafe products and displays within the store meet client standards.
  • Participate in client-held meetings, conference calls, and development programs to stay informed about product launches, sales data, and promotions.
  • Provide feedback to management and client personnel regarding potential areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant sales experience required.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with ability to positively influence others.
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and larger groups.
  • Proficient with Smart Home products and device connectivity.
  • Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to the local Best Buy store.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
