Position Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee each client throughout their daily schedule.
  2. Enforce program guidelines and report any infractions to the Therapist and Clinical Director.
  3. Monitor client adherence to the program schedule, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  4. Conduct daily assignment checks and discuss outcomes with each client.
  5. Track client participation and address any concerns with the supervisor.
  6. Facilitate conflict resolution through supportive advice.
  7. Engage in client recreational, leisure, and weekend activities as scheduled.
  8. Provide comprehensive case management services.
  9. Transport clients to scheduled activities or arrange alternative transportation.
  10. Report any vehicle issues to the supervisor.
  11. Prepare and deliver educational and motivational lectures and group sessions.
  12. Monitor on-site AA/NA meetings, including the recruitment of speakers.
  13. Maintain confidentiality regarding all client and facility activities.
  14. Adhere to all Policies and Procedures.
  15. Accept and utilize supervision effectively.
  16. Address any concerns raised by the supervisor.
  17. Complete additional assignments as requested by the supervisor.
  18. Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility.
  19. Ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on quality.
  20. Be sensitive to the cultural issues of clients.
  21. Report any instances of suicidality or homicide concerns.
  22. Exhibit competency and understanding regarding addiction issues.
  23. Respond to trauma-related issues as necessary.
  24. Address dual-diagnosis issues appropriately.

Starting from $37,500 per year
