Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Roadway Engineer to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and developing road and highway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement road and highway design solutions that meet customer quality requirements.
  • Perform detailed calculations, 3D modeling, and drawings to support project development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical direction and support to junior engineers and designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microstation and InRoads/OpenRoads software.
  • VA/MD/DC experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in road and highway design.
  • Registered PE required.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
