RN Clinical Coordinator Cardiac Full Time Days

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our cardiac department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the nurse manager/director in coordination and direction of patient care, unit activities, and staff activities and performance on an assigned shift.
- Apply knowledge of the nursing process and professional standards of nursing in daily practice.
- Facilitate the provision of consistent care based on changing needs of patients on the unit.
- Manage clinical and non-clinical activities on the unit in the absence of the unit manager/director.
- Coordinate all unit activities for smooth operation in the absence of the unit manager/director.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License.
- Required in area of clinical specialty within 3 years from ANCC or other approved credentialing entity (i.e. critical care: CCRN).
- Ortho and Neuro experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience required.
- BSN preferred, not required.
- Basic computer skills.
