Job Summary

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a highly skilled RN Cardiac Clinical Coordinator FT Nights to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function, with a focus on clinical operations and departmental management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's
  • Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
  • Manage departmental budget and implement change effectively
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Management experience with two years supervisory
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • CPR and ACLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree
  • Certification in specialty area of practice
