Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Cardiac Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our cardiac care team, you will be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling efforts of unit RNs to ensure optimal patient care and efficient clinical operations.
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers, including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.
- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and quality patient care.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
- At least two years of relevant clinical nursing experience, with a minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator (for Level II EQ Only).
- Management experience with two years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Certification in specialty area of practice (preferred).
- A license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR and ACLS certifications (as applicable by Facility/Department).
