Job Summary
The RN Cardiac Clinical Coordinator FT Nights is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function. This position is responsible for a clinic unit and coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's. As a liaison person to internal and external customers, this role acts as a point of contact for pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's
- Acts as a liaison person to internal and external customers
- Develops and implements plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Trains and mentors staff
- Responsible for a clinic unit
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR
- ACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department
Preferred Qualifications
- Management experience with two years supervisory
- Certification in specialty area of practice
