Responsibilities

Location:
Glendale, CA

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers. This position includes various responsibilities such as stocking, cleaning, and organizing merchandise.
Flawless Execution

Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to guarantee the safety of all associates and customers.
Assist with product launches and transitions in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Provide a Great Customer Experience
Deliver on all facets of the customer experience model.
Process transactions swiftly and accurately to minimize customer wait times.

Effectively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise, determining appropriate resolutions or escalating as necessary - communicate all issues and resolutions to Store Management.

Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
Other essential functions may be assigned by your supervisor.
Essential Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience - minimum of 6 months
Proficient in the use of technology (iPad, registers)
Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
Meets physical requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)
Previous retail experience is preferred
Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates
Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Salary Range:
$20.75


Actual compensation offered will depend on various factors including work location, education, relevant skills, and experience of the candidate.
