Responsibilities
Location: Glendale, CA

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the in-store shopping experience for our clientele. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales environment, including the sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stock room, to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of both associates and customers.
  • Assisting with product launches and transitions in accordance with company standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by following our customer experience model.
  • Processing transactions efficiently to minimize wait times for customers.
  • Addressing and resolving customer service issues promptly, escalating as necessary, and communicating outcomes to management.
  • Promoting credit and loyalty programs by informing customers of their benefits and encouraging participation.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Essential Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred
Skills: Proficient in technology use (iPads, registers)
Availability: Must meet defined availability criteria, including nights and weekends
Physical Requirements: Must meet physical demands of the role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and team members.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
Salary Range: $20.75

Compensation is determined based on various factors, including work location, education, and relevant experience.
