Office Coordinator and Reception Specialist
Scranton Financial Group, a well-respected and growing Financial Services Firm, is in search of a dedicated full-time Office Coordinator who embodies a friendly demeanor, dependability, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities to thrive in our dynamic financial office environment.
This role requires full-time, onsite commitment, with no options for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform various clerical tasks including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
- Handle mail distribution and manage email communications.
- Welcome visitors, ensuring their comfort with refreshments.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and internal meetings.
- Monitor and procure office and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Prepare outgoing correspondence and packages, including express deliveries.
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and operational.
- Support various departments with tasks such as creating and updating reports and marketing materials.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management and licensed personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Establish and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Ability to take meeting notes and transcribe them is a plus.

Qualifications:- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
