Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the preparation of combined financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Statement of Income, and Statement of Cash Flows.
- Oversee and execute the monthly close process, ensuring timely completion with proper accruals and other journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed asset and depreciation reconciliations, reporting, and account review and analysis.
- Support the leadership team with timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process.
- Execute the development and implementation of internal controls.
- Manage annual and monthly budgeting and cash flow projections.
- Support leadership in completing special projects and analysis requests, serving as the main point of contact.
- Treasury and Cash Management: update all bank account cash balances weekly, prepare ACH and wire transfer transactions.
- Review and recommend changes and improvements to financial and accounting policies, processes, and procedures to meet internal and external requirements.
- Manage audits of the business, working closely with external auditing firms at all stages to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Ensure compliance of financial covenants for all banking arrangements.
- Minimum seven (7) years of management experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Thorough knowledge of both US GAAP and Lease Accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Public accounting experience (Big Four or large Regional firm) and CPA.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Prior system implementation experience, as well as experience in improving financial accounting reporting processes.
- Strong business and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.

The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $140,000, plus employees may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.
