Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
  • Work closely with colleagues and residents to address maintenance concerns and requests
  • Diagnose and assess complex maintenance issues, including electrical and mechanical problems
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption required
