Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to all clients.
  • Evaluate credit loan applications and utilize product expertise to offer loan options to existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure accurate management of office cash and uphold security protocols.
  • Increase account volume through sound judgment and effective outreach to clients via phone and in-branch interactions.
  • Reduce overdue accounts by contacting clients and collecting on past-due balances.
  • Receive, monitor, and record all payments and fees to client accounts in accordance with company policies.
  • Safely transport funds and deposits to and from financial institutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or cash management setting.
  • Must successfully complete drug screening, criminal background checks, and credit assessments.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.

Work Environment

This role is conducted in an office setting, providing consumer loan products both in person and over the phone. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability required. Overtime may be necessary based on business needs and is subject to management discretion.
