Role Summary: Oversee Service Coordination responsibilities and evaluations for designated caseloads, connecting resources, advocating for clients, and engaging with the judicial system. Function within trauma-informed and recovery-focused frameworks that align with CCBHC standards.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, or Counseling
  • Preferred experience in Human Services
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
  • Experience with individuals with IDD is preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication abilities (both verbal and written) and capacity to engage with diverse populations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Consistent application of Trauma-Informed Care principles and awareness of cultural diversity
  • Adept at working with individuals from various backgrounds

General Expectations:

To successfully fulfill this role, an individual must be capable of performing each essential function effectively. This includes mathematical skills, financial acumen, communication proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
