Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist

Lucid Hearing is a leading innovator in the field of assistive listening and hearing solutions, seeking a motivated and ambitious Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist to join our dedicated team in Knoxville, TN.

About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist who is passionate about helping people hear better. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, analyzing test findings, and recommending assistive listening and hearing solutions. You will also educate patients on how to use and maintain their hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations, and make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and analyze customer hearing loss
  • Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
  • Educate patients on hearing aid device usage and maintenance
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist
  • Motivated by helping people hear better
  • Ambitious with a sales attitude
  • Excellent follow-up skills
