Responsibilities:

* Administer immunizations to patients of all ages
* Perform annual school and daycare immunization audits
* Complete quarterly reports
* Assist with annual scoliosis screenings
* Participate in health fairs and educational programs
* Perform TB screenings and administer PPD skin tests
* Respond to public health emergencies
* Use computer technology to collect and store data
* Participate in program planning
* Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

* PH Licensed Practical Nurse Level 1 or 2
* Vocational/Technical degree in licensed practical nursing
* Current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* CPR certification
* Completion of all necessary orientation and training

Preferred Qualifications:

* Public Health experience
* Experience with screenings, immunizations, and interviewing patients
* Bilingual Spanish/English speaking language
