We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Georgia Department of Public Health. As a Public Health LPN, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to public health clinics throughout District 4.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical support to public health clinics in District 4
* Assist with assigned clinical duties within the scope of LPN practice in public health
* Act as a lead worker over specified projects or programs
* Participate in health fairs and educational programs
* Perform TB screenings and administer PPD skin tests
* Respond to public health emergencies as directed
* Use computer technology to collect, store, and retrieve data
### Requirements
* Vocational/Technical degree in licensed practical nursing from an accredited college
* Current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* CPR certification
* Completion of all necessary orientation and training for Public Health LPN
