Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Charlotte. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems
  • Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to identify potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical background preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification required
  • Valid Driver's License required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel engineering/maintenance
  • Supervisory experience
