Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete Work Orders: Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Respond to Guest Requests: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure that all hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and management, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant building maintenance or related experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified Pool Operator License (CPO) and HVAC certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Basic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of painting, drywall, and plumbing.
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to talk, hear, see, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Work Environment: Work is performed both inside and outside where there is exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, noise, and vibration.
