Office Services Specialist

Tristarr Recruiting is seeking a temporary Office Services Specialist for a reputable insurance firm. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of daily office operations while ensuring the security of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disseminate daily updates and announcements
  • Welcome guests and oversee building entry
  • Manage incoming communications including calls, faxes, and mail
  • Revise contact lists and operational procedures
  • Assist with mail distribution and policy documentation
  • Oversee in-house mailing systems
  • Execute various clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Familiarity with office machinery and computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in using mailing equipment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
Compensation: $18.50/hr
Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Assignment Duration: Temporary until the end of the year
