Tristarr Recruiting is seeking a temporary Office Services Specialist for a reputable insurance firm. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of daily office operations while ensuring the security of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disseminate daily updates and announcements
- Welcome guests and oversee building entry
- Manage incoming communications including calls, faxes, and mail
- Revise contact lists and operational procedures
- Assist with mail distribution and policy documentation
- Oversee in-house mailing systems
- Execute various clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with office machinery and computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure
- Proficient in using mailing equipment
- Possession of a valid driver's license
Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)
