Job Title: HVAC Service Dispatcher

Controls, Service & Engineering Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for dispatching technicians to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch technicians to service customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verify technician certifications and eligibility for client sites before dispatching
  • Receive and prioritize service calls, assigning them to technicians according to company procedures
  • Schedule service department work orders, consulting with area supervisors and service managers as needed
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as required
  • Identify and recommend weekend work as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a service industry as a dispatcher highly preferred
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions when needed
