Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Principal Financial Group. As a key member of our National Market, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our retirement plan clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners
* Partner with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to enhance relationships between customers and the Company
* Independently deliver accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and marketing services
* Communicate optimally with internal and external customers and identify customer expectations to develop a strong working relationship
* Conduct meetings with customers, Retirement plan service representatives, marketers, CPAs, and attorneys, and present a high degree of integrity while representing the company

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years related experience
* Experience working within the retirement industry, specifically within Defined Contributions
* Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills
* Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment
